The Paw Pals Club at Collierville High School recently donated more than 2,000 pounds of cat and dog food to the town’s Animal Shelter. Brandi Brice, a math teacher at the high school, took over the club this year and has already recruited more than 80 members. The club plans to meet every month to learn more about therapy and service dogs and to foster a sense of empathy toward furry companions. Aja Berkheimer-Brown and Alana Vogel have been named the co-presidents. Alana Whitfield is the treasurer. PICTURED: Mike Chipman loads up his truck with dog food for the shelter.
